Congratulations to South Atlantic Packaging (SAP) of North Carolina for their lease at Arnold Rd in Reading, PA. The packaging company took a long-term lease of 133,000 SF for packaging and distribution of food and dry products throughout the eastern US. SAP was represented by Del Markward SIOR and Dutch Markward of Markward Group, a global commercial and industrial real estate firm with offices in Lehigh Valley, PA. The landlord is Link Logistics and was represented by CBRE.
