Matt Macdonald of Markward Group represented the seller, Asbeshaus Trust, in the sale of a 83,320 SF industrial building, built in 1990, on 6.67 acres. The building, located at 8 McFadden Road in Easton, was purchased by Congdon Investments. CADCo Distribution will occupy and operate from the facility.

CADCo Distribution, founded in 1984, has relocated from Phillpsburg, NJ to the Lehigh Valley and expanded to a full distribution and service business for outdoor power equipment that covers the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. They supply snow and landscaping supplies to wholesalers and operators. CADCo Distribution has made significant improvements to the facility to accommodate growth and supply chain needs.
