Towne Gate Commons

Towne Gate Commons will have 64,000 square feet of build-to-suit commercial spaces in a walkable, mixed-use development that provides opportunities for local, regional and national retailers and restaurants to serve the growing Souderton Borough. With 140 residential units, the self-contained community generates continuous foot traffic for the commercial district. Wide sidewalks and tree-lined streets encourage pedestrians to explore, while activated outdoor spaces, which incorporate the work of local artists through a large public mural, attract visitors from the additional 39,917 households located within a five mile radius. A previously secured liquor license also offers a distinct opportunity in Souderton, where just three existing restaurants serve alcoholic beverages.
