Cedar Crest Blvd., in Allentown. The buyer plans to convert the office space into a dental office which is projected to be ready for occupancy during the first quarter of 2018.

Ann Kline – Associate Broker and Chip Meirs – Director, both of Markward Group, represented the seller in the recent sale of 8.26 acres located at 7513 Quarry Road, Alburtis in Macungie Township for $500,000. The Buyer was Northampton Farms LLC.
