Ann Kline and Chip Miers of Markward Group have arranged the sale of an 86,418 SF industrial warehouse building, on 2.03 acres, located at 1151 Front Street in Catasauqua.

The former Unicorn Silk Mill has a rich history in Catasauqua dating back to 1886. The new owner Superior Holdings plans to utilize the property for a high-end furniture distribution center.
