Markward Group/Caracor Development has relocated its office to the Lehigh Valley at 7150 Windsor Drive, Suite 4, Allentown, PA. 

Markward Group is the commercial real estate brokerage and financing arm of the company, while Caracor continues to expand its development projects and footprint.

Matt Macdonald, formerly of Dunn Twiggar and Ann Kline, formerly of Colliers International, are officers and managers leading the companies’ expansion.  Mr. Macdonald is focused on financing and capital market opportunities, while Ms. Kline focuses on office, flex and retail opportunities.

Del Markward, President and Owner, continues to grow the companies, both brokerage and development, in the Lehigh Valley and eastern Pennsylvania.
