Another successful year for Markward Group is coming to an end…
2017 brought continued growth and many new clients into our group. Some of our major milestones in 2017 were the sale of the former Paikes Enterprises (Mack Truck) facility at S. 10th St in Allentown for a new recycling and tech facility, the sale of two BB&T buildings totaling 65,470 SF, a 63,459 SF building sold to Lehigh Valley H.M. Holding Company, a 44,700 SF commercial building on 5.58 acres and a 69,676 SF industrial building leased to Smart Warehousing LLC which was co brokered with an SIOR principal industrial Broker of Kessinger Hunter Commercial Real Estate from Kansas City.
Furthermore Markward Group financed a Senior Care facility and expansion for $49M, broke ground on a $25M Assisted Living Facility, sold a 47,000 SF office complex in LVIP IV, Bethlehem, PA.

As the year closes, it is the perfect time for us to thank all of our clients and partners who have placed their faith in us.
