Mike Capobianco, SIOR of Markward Group is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 4.42 acre vacant lot located at Hilton and Holly Street, in Williams Township, Easton, PA. The parcel, located immediately off I-78’s first exit next to the NJ-PA State boundary, sold for $635,000.

Rapp Partners, an affiliate of Rapp Brothers’ Pallet Co., sold the property along with the income producing billboard on the premises, to a NY-NJ-PA business investment firm established as PMKC Storage.

PMKC Storage intends to store (tractor) trailers on site for a fee. Due to the runaway demand for extra trailer parking in the Lehigh Valley, this location will allow easy access to the property for truckers that need to drop trailers and then return to pick them up. Initially, there will be five (5) new employees and possibly grow to ten (10) in 3 years. Ultimately, PMKC will construct a truck repair and/or wash facility, to provide expanded services to the transportation sector.
