Matt Macdonald and Ann Kline of Markward Group represented the seller, BB&T Bank. The historical, classic, federal style building was built in the 1900’s and was a former branch location for National Penn Bank.

Mike Capobianco, SIOR of Markward Group represented the buyer, Main Street Nazareth LLC. The buyer intends to reposition the building for sale or lease as an office, restaurant or retail complex; targeting office professionals or technology companies.
