Markward Group represented both the seller Narsu and Ramani Tatikoia and the buyer Luicana’s LLC dba Luicana Unique Design. Luicana Unique Design is a Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling company out of Boyertown, PA and will be occupying a significant portion of the building.
